A 96th minute Dean McMenamy equaliser cruely denied Galway United a priceless victory in the SSE Airtricity League Men's Premier Division at the RSC on Friday (24th April 2026).
Killian Brouder's 42nd minute strike gave the Tribesmen the advantage but they couldn't put the Blues away before the late goal condemned them to a draw, leaving them remaining in sixth position.

Galway are seeking a first Electric Ireland All-Ireland minor camogie championship title since 2017 this Sunday (26th April 2026) when they face Kilkenny in UPMC Nowlan Park.
The Noresiders are the defending champions and have already beaten the girls in maroon during this campaign - 1-8 to 1-7 success at the Kilkenny training groundsd.
But that was the only defeat suffered by Galway who overcame Tippeary (2-18 to 3-11) in their semi-final.
