Connacht came away from Durban with a hard-fought win on Saturday afternoon in the United Rugby Championship.
A try from Sean O'Brien and the boot of JJ Hanrahan were the factors in a 13-12 win that in all honesty, Connacht should have lost but for crucial misses from their opponents.

Corofin are back in the Connacht Senior Club Football Final for the first time since 2019 after they beat Ballina Stephenites in the Semi-Final in Pearse Stadium.
In terrible conditions, Kevin Johnson's side played some sublime football to win by 0-16 to 0-12.

Following their quarter-final win over Roscommon's St. Michael's (1-13 to 0-10), Menlough are out in action again this Sunday (19th November) in the provincial semi-final against Mayo's Laherdane MacHales.
The county junior champions are playing for the fourth consecutive week (sixth if you include their under-19s) as they seek a place in the Connacht Final.

Finlay Bealham has returned to the Connacht starting team for tomorrow’s (Saturday, 18th November) United Rugby Championship clash with Sharks in South Africa.
It’s the Ireland prop’s first appearance since the World Cup. Head coach has made a total of eight changes from last week’s defeat to Edinburgh.
The team in full:
Tiernan O’Halloran at full back;
Byron Ralston, Tom Farrell, Cathal Forde and Andrew Smith are the three quarter line;
Out half JJ Hanrahan partners scrum half Colm Reilly;
Denis Buckley, Tadgh McElroy and Finlay Bealham are the front row;
Oisin Dowling and Joe Joyce are behind them;
And a back row of Cian Prendergast, captain Conor Oliver and Sean O’Brien.

Fresh off his Levels Fight League World Lightweight Championship success in July, Galway MMA fighter Andreeas 'Judoka' Binder has moved promotion and make his first appearance in five years in Ireland on Friday, 8th December 2023).
He'll take on Italian Daniele 'Scat' Scatizzi in a lightweight qualifier after joining the PFL (Professional Fighters League).
It's one of 13 bouts in Dublin on the night that also sees John Mitchell against Jakub Kaszuka for the European Lightweight Belt, Nate 'The Great' Kelly makes his long awaited debut, and Galway also have a second fighter involved as Ben 'Son of Life' Davis, creater of Shaolin MMA in Galway, takes on England's Dom Wooding in a 2024 Bantamweight qualifier.
Should Binder or Davis secure victories, they'll enter the European qualifying tournaments next year and success there could lead to world title opportunities.
