Galway senior manager Padraic Joyce has made 13 changes from last year’s All-Ireland quarter-final loss to Meath for their FBD League return against London on Saturday (3rd January 2026).
Sean Fitzgerald captains the team from full back, with Jack Glynn in the corner. Daniel O’Flaherty, a substitute last summer, also starts, while Johnny McGrath is among the replacements.

Round 4 of the National Cyclo-cross Series takes place on Ballinasloe's Fair Green this Sunday (4th January 2026) with a fun race for under-6s getting underway from 9.50am before further races at under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, Masters and support races before the Junior and Senior races.
The event will be preceded by a night-time relay race on Saturday (3rd January), hosted by the Ballinasloe club where teams of three will compete from 6pm. There is also Cyclo-cross Skills training during the day on Saturday.
